We accommodate service requests depending on availability and prevailing meteorological conditions, and we hold the authority to adapt or cease offerings without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Procedure

To confirm your yacht charter, you are required to:

  • Attain at least 18 years old
  • Submit accurate and comprehensive details
  • Remit an initial deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation occurs only after we receive your payment and provide you with written acknowledgment. We retain the autonomy to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

All charges and rates are presented in € and encompass all relevant fees, unless indicated otherwise. Be advised, fees are liable to alterations without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the overall charter fee is billed during booking
  • Outstanding Balance: Must be settled 48 hours prior to the charter launch
  • Supplemental costs (if any): Invoiced after the completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Our accepted methods of payment include widely-recognized credit cards, direct bank transfers, and verified checks. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus transaction fees
  • 24-72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50%
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

5.2 Cancellations due to Weather

If our captain determines weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Rebook your charter for a subsequent available date without additional cost
  • Issue a full reimbursement if rescheduling is not an option

5.3 Mechanical Failures

In case of mechanical failures of the assigned vessel, we will attempt to allocate an adequate alternative. If such alternative is unobtainable, a complete refund will be dispensed.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Precautions

All guests must:

  • Adhere to all directives provided by the crew
  • Utilize safety gear as necessary
  • Disclose any health conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within the designated vessel areas

6.2 Restricted Items

Certain items are prohibited on board:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal materials
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive amounts of beverages, except for moderate consumption of juice or lemonade
  • Animals (except if pre-authorized)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to all. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the charter prematurely and without refund if passenger actions pose a threat to safety or the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our accountability is confined to the sum paid for the charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Personal harm caused by passenger inattention
  • The loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Secondary, incidental, or punitive losses
  • Delays induced by weather or other factors beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Protection

We maintain robust maritime insurance that covers both our vessels and operations. Clients are accountable for securing their own insurance for travel and personal belongings.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

Engaging in our charter services implies an acknowledgment of inherent maritime risks, hence you accept responsibility for your personal safety and integrity.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Owing to factors such as weather, safety, or operational necessities, we reserve the right to alter travel plans, pathways, or schedules. We will strive to offer comparable alternatives whenever changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

We are exempt from any liability for hold-ups, cancellations, or amendments spawned by events outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Intense meteorological conditions
  • Acts of nature
  • Governing legislations
  • Port closures
  • Technical malfunctions
